The Master Builders Association of Western Australia (Master Builders) is a member-based association that services home builders, commercial builders, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants in both commercial and residential sectors across Perth and Western Australia. The association has been representing and promoting the views and interests of the building and construction industry in WA since 1898.

Indian Ocean Homes are a proud member of the Housing Industry Association of Western Australia. The Housing Industry Association represent the interests of the housing industry at regional and national levels. The Housing industry Association has an extensive membership program that supports residential builders, trade contractors, developers, design professionals, kitchen and bathroom specialists, manufacturers and suppliers. The Housing Industry Association have been supporting the Australian home building industry for more than 60 years.

Midland Brick

For 69 years Midland Brick has been helping Western Australian’s build their dream homes. In fact the majority of West Australians, born after the 2nd World War, would have grown up in a house built with Midland bricks or pavers.
