The Approach

Indian Ocean Homes focus is on hands on customer service and highest quality build approach.

Due to this hands on approach, Paul believes his clients will benefit and enjoy their building experience. Clients want to be listened to and know that the person running the job has a professional and extensive knowledge of all aspects of the administration and construction process.

Sales and Design

Indian Ocean Homes will be discussing design and budgets requirements with clients upfront to ensure it meets our clients’ briefs and expectations. Our belief is that communication and guidance will be a key factor in a satisfied client. As the design process evolves Indian Ocean Homes will then finalise the design brief into a CAD (Computer Aided Drawing) format for presentation and pricing.

Administration & Management

As the registered builder, the Director of the business will be there to guide you through the product selection process and to make sure your job gets to site on time and on budget with clear communication and client expectations be met.

Construction & Supervision

A key strength of the Indian Ocean Homes business is that Paul Maslen has had over 27 years of building experience in the Perth residential market and has developed many long term relationships with contractors and suppliers. These relationships are critical to a quality build, on time and on budget. A key strength to the business is that that Paul Maslen a Registered builder will be the site supervisor and accountable person for all site supervision and construction of all Indian Ocean Homes.

Occupational Health & Safety

Indian Ocean Homes have a responsibility to provide a high standard of safety and health at their workplace. Indian Ocean Homes has created an Occupational Health and Safety Management system. This Occupational Health and Safety Management System has been developed to help Indian Ocean Homes, its employees and other obligation holders, understand and manage occupational health and safety (OHS) in the workplace.
